Catering with Food Truck
We bring our food truck to you and you select/customize your menu. Guests come up to the truck and pick up their plates. The pricing will vary depending on the items selected. For Example: SPAM Musubi (appetizer), BBQ Chicken and Kalua Pork (2 meat), Mac Salad (1 salad) and rice.
Minimum 50 people. Hourly truck rate, tax, travel fee and gratuity is added in addition to food.
Catering Service with Staff (Service Line)
You select the menu items and we come to your location with staff ready to work. We Set up and attend the service line; serve the guests as they come up to the line. Break down, and clean up the service line. Best of all you; you get to enjoy the party with your guests.
Minimum 45 people. Service fee is based on number of guests, tax, travel fee and gratuity is added in addition to food.
Party Trays
Our party trays are the deep/half pans Party Tray Dimensions 12 3/4" x 10 3/8", it feeds approximately 12 to 15 people (adults). Party trays are intended for pick up or delivery only Monday-Saturday (delivery within Benicia is free of charge with a minimum order of $500 and is based on availability). Plates, plastic cutlery, napkins and serving utensils are not included
